AlterNet names NCGA ninth craziest legislature

Ordinarily, I’m not big on the Top Ten Lists (I mean really, what else do Money and Forbes do these days?), but this mildly amusing piece on AlterNet jumped out. The NC General Assembly get’s on the list for everything from H854 to its anti-community broadband move early in the session.
