A brief explanation

Update: Sometime after this post I changed things around again

I probably should have come up with a cool analogy about getting back into the blogging thing. The only thing I could think of was some kind of racing theme — not wanting to drive all that much until I got a new ride. Well, after some fiddling, we’ve managed to finally get this thing out on the track.
Spent a good bit of yesterday working with my designer friend on a shake down cruise of the new theme and adapting it to the, um, vision for EJS.
The basic layout is this:
Up top is the Morning Post — the daily(ish) rundown of stories and links; to the right are recent posts, recent comments and anything Special (like this post); below are the blog posts, links and a several delightful RSS feeds.
Here’s hoping it all works for you. Let me know if any of the mechanicals fail or need fixing.
