		<description>Press Release

CHAD LARKINS WANTS TO REBUILD AMERICA
Let’s make the 1st Congressional District number one in North Carolina in more than name.

Macon, North Carolina (December 2009)--Chad Larkins wants to represent the people of the 1st Congressional District as their next U.S. Congressman. Not the special interest groups, not the corporate lobbyists, not the agenda-focused activists, the people. These hard working people make up the 1st Congressional District and they want the basics in life, education, employment and healthcare. Send Chad Larkins to Washington and that is just what the 1st Congressional District will get.

Chad spent many summers in the North Carolina home of his maternal family. He has fulfilled him dream of returning to raise his family. Chad knows that times have changed and the 1st Congressional District has felt it too. Chad believes that while times have changed, the quality of life should not. As we all know, the 21st century has posed new, unprecedented challenges to North Carolina and America. Chad wants to solve these new school challenges with old school solutions. These solutions are education, employment and healthcare.

Chad believes that all people want are financial and spiritual freedom. Education is the key to that and all else will fall into place. Improving the 1st Congressional District educational system will better prepare the children to be productive society members. Chad says, “A successful educational system will lure industry to bring their business to our district, because their employees will have a top flight, haven to educate their children. The increase in industry will bring real jobs for the people the 1st District and not “paper” jobs to pad statistics. The jobs increase will bolster the 1st District’s economy, population and need for access to the best healthcare.” Chad wants the 1st District to be the prototype of rebuilding North Carolina and America.
