These hard working people make up the 1st Congressional District and they want the basics in life, education, employment and healthcare. Send Chad Larkins to Washington and that is just what the 1st Congressional District will get. Chad spent many summers in the North Carolina home of his maternal family. He has fulfilled him dream of returning to raise his family. Chad knows that times have changed and the 1st Congressional District has felt it too.
