NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Attorney General of North Carolina has submitted 2009 Sess. Laws Chapter 78, which creates new districts for the North Carolina House of Representatives in Pender County and New Hanover County, to the United States Department of Justice for preclearance. A duplicate copy of the submission materials required by 28 C.F.R. Part 51 is available to be reviewed by the public in the North Carolina Legislative Library, located on the 5th floor of the Legislative Office Building, 300 N.

Members of the public are invited to comment on this plan. Written comments should be addressed to the Chief, Voting Section; Civil Rights Division; Room 7254 – NWB; Department of Justice, 950 Pennsylvania Ave., NW; Washington, DC 20530.
