Time to invest in a blaze orange vest. Senator Boseman has introduced Senate Bill 7, a bill to repeal the prohibition of hunting on Sunday.
Short Title: Allow Hunting on Sunday. Sponsors: Senator Boseman. Referred to: Judiciary II January 29, 2009 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO REPEAL THE LAW PROHIBITING HUNTING ON SUNDAY. The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: Section 1. G.S. 103‑2 is repealed. Section 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.

    It is time that discriminatory law G.S. 103-2 is repealed and hunters are allowed freedom of choice.
