A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT TO REPEAL THE LAW PROHIBITING HUNTING ON SUNDAY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 103‑2 is repealed.

Section 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.

    It is time that discriminatory law G.S. 103-2 is repealed and hunters are allowed freedom of choice.
