His quote to the Pilot where he smiled and said he could have made up his mind in five minutes will come back to haunt us all . . . but especially him. It'll be the point of the spear for Morgan's appeal, and seems sufficient on its face to call the Board's actions into question. Plus it was just plain stupid.
