Audit details construction rules violations at NC State

New report by the State Auditor of the North Carolina State University’s Facilities Operations Department details bid rigging and personal benefit to a state project manager during construction of a chiller plant.

In its response NC State says the project manager was fired and the rules and review tightened up.
